The Black Belt Poker League returns this Tuesday for its first outing of the new year. The final digit in the date may have changed, but the value at Black Belt Poker continues to deliver as we serve up our usual dose of bonuses and rewards.
This time around, we’re offering four lucky players the chance to play a Black Belt Live event and echo the achievements of Nottingham Live champion Stuart Hyson who won $15,500 when he captured the title at Dust Till Dawn.

Black Belt Poker Nottingham Live 2011

After the success of Black Belt Poker’s London Live event earlier in the year, they have decided to run another event. This time (and probably due to popular demand), the event will take place outside of London, in the popular destination of Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham.

Despite there being a smaller buy-in of only $125+15, they have decided to again add value by adding a bounty to several heads to the tune of $250. The names of these bounties is yet to be announced, but you can be certain that it will include the likes of UKIPT Cork winner Sam Razavi, Richard Ashby and Mr Neil Channing himself.

So what are the details I hear you ask?

Black Belt Poker Live is back and will be held at the Victoria Casino, London on 1st to the 3rd April 2011.

Phil Hellmuth 2010 wsop entrance

So it's WSOP 2010 Main Event time and today it was the turn of Phil Hellmuth to play. As always Phil Hellmuth has to make his stage entrance and this year was no exception. This year he dressed up as a MMA fighter with 11 girls holding over sized bracelets for each one that Phil has won over the years.

Everest Poker $1m WSOP 2010 main event give away

Satellites to the 2010 WSOP have begun at Everest Poker, and like last year, everyone cashes…Everest Poker did this last year and over 50 players received nearly and extra $20,000 each just by qualifying online for the WSOP Main Event on Everest poker. This was all part of the $1Million Match promotion run by Everest Poker.

This year they are doing it again. In 2010 any player who qualifies for the WSOP Main Event or WSOP Side Event #54 with Everest Poker will be eligible to receive their cut of $1,000,000. Everest Poker will match the total amount the players take home from the Main Event or Side Event #54 up to $1 million with their own cash.

This amount will be distributed among all players who qualify for the WSOP with Everest Poker, and deposited directly into their accounts. The matched prize pool will be distributed proportionally, according to which WSOP even each player has qualified for-the higher the buy-in, the bigger the payout. Players who qualify for the $10,000 WSOP Main Event will receive 10 shares of the $1 Million Match, compared to 1 share for players who qualified for the $1,000 WSOP Side Event #54. Players can maximize their profits by qualifying for both events (11 shares). Qualifiers for both events have already started.
